(ORAL) On 2nd of February, 2023, the following order was passed :- "Prayer in the present petition for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in FIR No.0546, dated 12.07.2021, under Sections 148, 149, 323, 506 of the IPC, 1860 (Sections 325, 308, 120-B of the IPC, 1860 added later on) registered at Police Station City Yamuna Nagar, District Yamuna Nagar. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the allegations are general in nature as is evident from the perusal of the FIR itself. He also asserts that two other co-accused namely Vikram and Pradeep Kumar have been granted the concession of anticipatory bail which has been made absolute vide orders dated 21.07.2022 and 24.11.2022 respectively passed in CRMM11417-2022 and CRM-M-34735-2022 respectively (Annexures P-3 and P-4).

Notice of motion.

On the asking of Court, Mr. Gagandeep Singh Chhina, AAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of respondent-State. In the light of the fact that two other co-accused have been granted the concession of bail and the allegations qua the petitioner are also general in nature as has been stated by learned State counsel, the petitioner is directed to be released on interim DEEPAK KUMAR 2023.07.04 15:54 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
