Grievance of the petitioners is that their junior (respondent no. 3 herein) is drawing higher pay than them. They have already served a legal notice, Annexure P-7. However, no decision has been taken so far. Notice of motion.

O the asking of court, Ms. Anu Chatrath, Addl. A.G. Punjab, who is present in court, accepts notice. She submits that the concerned authority shall consider the matter and pass a speaking order within one month from today.

In view of aforesaid statement, no further direction is necessary. Petition is hereby disposed of.
