Grievance of the petitioner is that his junior (respondent no. 4 herein) is drawing higher pay than him. He has already served a legal notice, Annexure P-6. However, no decision has been taken so far. Notice of motion.

On the asking of court, Ms. Anu Chatrath, Addl. A.G. Punjab, who is present in court, accepts notice. She submits that the concerned authority shall consider the matter and pass a speaking order within one month from today.

In view of aforesaid statement, no further direction is necessary. Petition is hereby disposed of.
