Rajinderpal Singh v. Anurag Aggarwal Secretary Department Of Health And Family Welfare
IN THE HIGH COURT OF PUNJAB AND HARYANA AT CHANDIGARH
COCP No. 427 of 2020 Date of Decision: 03.02.2020 Rajinderpal Singh
...Petitioner
VERSUS
Anurag Aggarwal, Secretary Department of Health & Family Welfare, Civil Secretariat Punjab, Chandigarh
...Respondent
CORAM:- HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SURINDER GUPTA
Present:
Mr. O.P. Kamboj, Advocate for the petitioner.
******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Heard.
The petitioner was transferred vide order dated 31.07.2019 and he challenged the same by filing CWP-31619-2019, which was dismissed vide order dated 01.11.2019. On query, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not joined as per transfer order dated 31.07.2019 but has made representation to the respondent, which has not been decided so far.
As the petitioner has not complied with his transfer order despite dismissal of his writ petition (CWP-31619-2019), I find no reason to initiate contempt proceeding against the respondent. Dismissed.
