Learned senior counsel for respondent submits that in compliance of order dated 21.11.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-72042025, short reply by way of affidavit of Mr. Amandeep Singh, Additional Superintending Engineer, Special Operation Division, PSPCL, S.A.S Nagar (Mohali), dated 26.04.2026, along with order dated 24.02.2026, attached as Annexure R-1; order dated 18.12.2020, attached as Annexure R-2 and application dated 09.02.2026, attached as Annexure R-3, has been filed on behalf of the respondent in the Registry.
