(ORAL) Matter was filed some time in February, 2020 and when listed for hearing, this Court vide order dated 24.02.2020 had shown its prima facie disinclination to interfere noticing that there was an inordinate delay in approaching the Court by the petitioner seeking parity with the other employees, who had previously approached this Court way back in the year 1998. Request for adjournment was made then. Today, once again time is being sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner stating that despite attempts, her office was unable to establish contact with the petitioner. Be that as it may, it does seem that with the passage of time, petitioner may have lost interest in pursuing the present petition. Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court in case the learned counsel for the petitioner is able to establish contact with him.
