  **** MANISHA BATRA, J. (oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner had been released during the pendency of the present petition in view of the provisions of Section 169 of Cr.P.C. as the evidence of the allegations levelled against him in the FIR has been found to be deficient and even the cancellation report has since been filed.

In view of the submission so made, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition as the same has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
