***** HARSH BUNGER J. (Oral) Petition herein is, inter alia, seeking a writ in the nature of Mandamus, directing respondent No.2 to decide representation dated 04.11.2025 (Annexure P-5).

Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, submits that there are certain inadvertent errors in the present writ petition, accordingly, he may be permitted to withdraw the same with liberty to file fresh one with better particulars.

Keeping in view the aforesaid submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
