ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) The petitioner alleges non-compliance of the order dated 05.09.2022 passed in CWP No.19989 of 2022, vide which a direction was issued to the respondents to decide the pending appeal expeditiously and necessary action be taken.

As per the affidavit of the BDPO, Bawani Khera, District Bhiwani, it is stated that in the revision filed before the Divisional Commissioner, Rohtak Division, Rohtak, there is an interim stay in some of the cases.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous with a direction to the Divisional Commissioner, Rohtak Division, Rohtak, to dispose of the pending appeals, within a period of 60 days from today and thereafter, necessary compliance be made, if any.

However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to revive this petition, if so advised.
