Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order dated 17.08.2023 which has been passed by the respondents terminating the services of the petitioner is prima facie stigmatic. 2.

Notice of motion.

On the asking of the Court, Mr. Harish Nain, AAG, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State and submits that the instructions have been received from Mr. Dharampal Singh Superintendent, Archaeology and Museum Department, Haryana that an appropriate innocuous speaking order keeping in view terms and conditions of the appointment of the petitioner will be passed afresh by the department concerned within a period of two weeks from today, submitting the impugned order.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that keeping in view the statement of learned State counsel, the present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further. 5.
