NIDHI GUPTA , J. (ORAL) Prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing of FIR No. 119 dated 26.10.2023 under Sections 498-A, 120-B IPC registered at Police Station Dhariwal, District Gurdaspur alongwith all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom. Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Sukhdev Singh, submits that the petitioner who is the mother-in-law of the complainant/respondent No.2 herein, has been found to be innocent in the enquiry conducted in the above said FIR vide zimni No. 13 dated 01.04.2024.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the submission made by learned counsel for the State, he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition.

Permitted to do so.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
