(Oral) In compliance to the order dated 17.03.2023 passed by this Court, learned State counsel has produced the death certificate of Parkash Singh, issued by Municipal Corporation Amritsar on 28.10.2010 alongwith report dated 19.03.2023, prepared by Jarnail Singh, Senior Constable, Police Station Sultanpur, provided by ASI Sukhwinder Singh, Pairvi Officer, Kapurthala, in Punjabi vernacular. Said death certificate and report dated 19.03.2023 are taken on record. Registry is directed to tag the same at appropriate place.

As per said death certificate, appellant- Parkash Singh has expired on 10.10.2010.

In view of said circumstances, present appeal stands abated, and same is disposed of as such, subject to the conditions laid down in IOINCRA-S-4686-SB-2018 in CRA-S-4686-SB-2018, titled as, "Shivji Ram @ Dimple Vs. State of Punjab", decided on 24.11.2022, 2022 SCC OnLine P&H 3759, Law Finder Doc ID #2076392.

Appeal stands disposed of.

Pending criminal miscellaneous application(s), if any, also stand disposed of.
