**** JAGMOHAN BANSAL , J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioners, at the outset, submits that today the application seeking deletion of name of the petitioners from the array of accused was fixed for final arguments before the trial Court which has adjourned the matter to 23.03.2023.

Without expressing any opinion on merits, the present petition is disposed of with a request to trial Court to adjudicate pending application on the adjourned date i.e. 23.03.2023. The petitioner is at liberty to avail remedies as permissible by law, if any adverse order is passed by trial Court.
