In view of report of the Mediator dated 22.08.2022, the parties have amicably resolved their differences by way of amicable settlement. The terms and conditions have been reduced into writing to which Dr. Kunal Gupta as first party and designated representative Ravinder Singh Minhas as second MOHMED ATIK 2022.09.02 17:26 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

ARB No.98 of 2021 (O&M) party have signed the same. Dr. Ginni Anand Ghumman, Mediator has also signed the settlement in token of the confirmation.

In view of aforesaid factual position, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition. Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection to the aforesaid course.
