CRM-M- 5277 of 2019 -24. Learned State counsel and learned counsel for the complainant have submitted before this Court that after investigation, the Investigation Agencies have filed the cancellation report before the concerned Illaqa Magistrate. Though learned State counsel submits that the cancellation report has been filed, however, learned counsel for the complainant submits that the same has been accepted as well. However, the Court finds that there is not a definite information with the State counsel regarding the acceptance or rejection of the cancellation report filed, but the submission that the cancellation report has been presented, is not disputed. 5.

Once the cancellation report is filed before the Illaqa Magistrate, nothing survives in the present petition and the same is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail his remedies, as available to him before the court of competent jurisdiction, in accordance with law.
