(ORAL) Prayer in the present revision petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is for directing the parties to maintain Status Quo with respect to the suit property during the pendency of the Appeal dated Nil (Annexure P-4) filed against the order dated 21.12.2024 (Annexure P3) whereby the learned Trial Court has refused to grant ad-interim injunction, which has been adjourned to 24.02.2025 (wrongly typed as 24.02.2024) vide order dated 20.01.2025 (Annexure P-7). Vakalatnama filed on behalf of respondents No. 3 and 4 in Court today is taken on record.
