Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner lodged complaint/application dated 16.11.2023 (Annexure P-4) with the police authorities against respondents No.5 to 12 but the police authorities failed to take any action against the said respondents, in accordance with law. 2.

Counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if necessary direction is given to respondent No.3 to look into the matter and decide complaint/application dated 16.11.2023 (Annexure P-4), in a given time frame.

Mr. Neeraj Sheoran, DAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.1 to 4 and submits that in case any complaint/application(s) is pending, the same will be decided by the concerned authorities, in accordance with law. 5.

Counsel for the petitioner is agreed to the aforesaid proposal. 6.

In view of above and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the present petition is hereby disposed of with direction to respondent No.3 to consider and decide complaint/application dated 16.11.2023 (Annexure P-4), in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
