This Court vide order dated 02.02.2024 had stayed the arrest of the petitioner for him to surrender before the trial Court and directed his bail application to be decided on the same day.

As is apparent from order dated 15.03.2024 passed by the trial Court, the accused was shown to be on bail, in view of which, learned State counsel submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of as such.
