The instant petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.152 dated 12.11.2019 under Sections 323, 365 IPC and Section 8 & 17 of POCSO Act, 2012 registered at Police Station Women, Yamuna Nagar to the petitioner, who is in custody since 02.12.2019.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would contend that the matter has been compromised between the parties. 3.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the complainant admits to the factum of compromise and the counsel appearing for respondent-State on instructions from IO also concurs to the statement made by counsel for the petitioner.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties. 5.
Since matter has been compromised between the parties, no useful purpose would served in keeping the petitioner behind bars. The instant petition is allowed and the petitioner is directed to be released on PANKAJ KUMAR 2020.03.02 11:54 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
