At this stage, counsel for the respondent has brought to the notice of the Court that vide order dated 29.02.2020, passed by the trial Court, the suit wherein the application under Order 1 Rule 10, CPC was filed, has since been withdrawn. Copy of the said order has been placed on record.

In view of the withdrawal of the suit, the present revision petition, which relates to the order dated 20.11.2019, passed in the application under Order 1 Rule 10, CPC, stands dismissed, as having become infructuous.
