This petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C for the grant of regular bail to the petitioner in FIR No.109 dated 11.04.2021 under Sections 307, 379-B, 34 IPC and under Section 25 Arms Act, 1959 registered at Police Station Focal Point, District Ludhiana.

CRM-M-7660-2024 -25.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

6.

In view of the fact that the trial is at the fag end and the fact that the petitioner is involved in number of other cases, this Court does not deem it appropriate to grant bail to the petitioner at this belated stage. 7.

However, the Trial Court is directed to decide the case expeditiously.

8.

The present petition is dismissed.
