Instant petition has been filed praying for quashing of FIR No.0596, dated 23.12.2024 registered under Section 406/34 IPC, at Police Station Badshahpur, District Gurugram and subsequent proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise dated 21.01.2025 (Annexure P-2). 2.

learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the compromise (Annexure P2) is a partial one. Thus, he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail the remedy as available to him, in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
