Brar, Advocate for the petitioner. *** ANIL KSHETARPAL, J (Oral) The petitioner prays for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari to quash category wise cut off list prepared for recruitment to the post of Constable in the District Police Cadre and Armed Police Cadre of Punjab Police 2021. The petitioner complains that the cut off marks for the category of women in ex-servicemen (general) have neither been issued nor prepared. The selection has been made by a recruitment committee constituted under the Chairmanship of a Senior Officer in the State Government.  to decide the claim of the petitioner, at the first instance.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, it is considered appropriate to dispose of the writ petition while requesting the Chairman, Recruitment Board (Recruitment for the post of Police Constable in District Police & ASHOK KUMAR 2022.02.25 11:09 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
