Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, seeking quashing of FIR No.7, dated 31.01.2019 registered for offence under Sections 323, 324 and 120-B of IPC (Sections 326, 498-A, 420 and 406 of IPC were added later on), at Police Station Begowal, District Kapurthala (Annexure P-1).

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks and is granted permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh petition with better particulars.
