RAJIV SHARMA,J A writ of Mandamus is sought directing respondent No.2 to decide application (P.1) preferred by the petitioner under Section 14 of the Securitilization & Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (for brevity "the Act") for taking physical possession of the secured assets/mortgaged property as detailed in the present petition.

Sh. IPS Doabia, Addl.AG, Punjab, who is present in Court, undertakes that the necessary appropriate order would be passed on the application submitted by the petitioner-Bank within a period of thirty days from today.

In the wake of undertaking given by learned State counsel, this petition stands disposed of.
