The instant appeal has been filed against judgment of conviction of appellant-Santokh Singh in case bearing FIR No. 101 dated 29.05.2003 registered at Police Station Ladwa. Another appeal against the same judgment of conviction bearing CRA-S-1638-SB-2004 was also filed by a different counsel. Appeal (CRA-S-1638-SB-2004) was filed on 20.08.2004 while instant appeal was filed on 18.12.2004. Only one appeal against judgment of conviction lies, as such, the instant appeal filed by appellant-Santokh Singh is dismissed on technical ground.
