As per the E-Courts website of Civil Court Nakodar, District Jalandhar, the main civil suit itself stands dismissed. 3.

In view thereof, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition. 4.

Dismissed as withdrawn. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
