Perusal of paper book shows that the present petition has been filed invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C. with a prayer for issuance of direction to respondents No.1 to 3 to register FIR against respondents No.4 to 7 upon investigation of allegations levelled against them for allegedly causing grievous injuries upon the present petitioner. Learned State counsel, on instructions, from ASI Satpal Singh, Police Station City I, Abohar, District Fazilka, informs this Court that the allegations levelled at the instance of the petitioner are being inquired into by the SP, Head Quarter, Fazilka and the same is likely to conclude within a period of 08 weeks from today followed by action thereupon in accordance with law.
