**** SANDEEP MOUDGIL , J.(ORAL) Vide this common order, both the aforesaid petition(s) are being disposed off as common question of law is involved in both the petitions. For convenience, facts are being drawn from CRM-M-5489-2024. SANGEETA 2024.10.18 10:54 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M-5489-2024 These petition(s) have been filed by the petitioner(s) under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking quashing of order dated 20.01.2024 (Annexure P-2) passed by the Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, SAS Nagar in complaint No.NACT/1132/2022 (Annexure P-1) dated 03.11.2022 filed under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 titled Greater Mohali Area Development Authority Vs. Altus Space Builders Private Limited etc. whereby the petitioners have been declared proclaimed persons. Learned counsel for the petitioner(s) submits that in pursuance of order dated 05.02.2024, the petitioner(s) were regularly appearing before the trial Court. The have also been released on regular bail after moving necessary application.

In the light of above, there is no occasion to consider the petition(s) on merits for quashing of order dated 20.01.2024 which otherwise has become redundant. Hence, order dated 20.01.2024 is set aside, however, petitioner shall be bound to appear on each and every date of hearing before the trial Court without any fail and in case there is any such absence this order would automatically stand cancelled. The trial Court would be at liberty to proceeding in accordance with law thereafter. Both the petition(s) are ordered to be disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
