(ORAL) Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.120 dated 01.12.2022, registered under Section 306 IPC, at Police Station City Morinda, District Rupnagar. Vide order dated 03.03.2023 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join the investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the aforesaid order, the petitioner has joined the investigation. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Manjit Singh, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is now not required for any further investigation. CRM-M-5720-2023 -2In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 03.03.2023 granting interim bail to the petitioner, is made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
