At the outset, learned State counsel informs that all the 18 prosecution witnesses have already been examined and now the proceeding is fixed for 29.09.2025 for defense evidence. 3.

In view of the fact that the trial is already at its fag end, this Court does not find any substantial ground to consider the petitioner's prayer for grant of regular bail at this stage.
