CRM-M-6959-2021 (O&M) -2As per the report dated 08.04.2021 of the learned SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Rajpura, though petitioner No.2 was granted interim bail vide order dated 29.09.2020, yet she has not joined the investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioners does not dispute the fact that petitioner No.2 has not joined the investigation, till date. I have heard the learned counsel for the parties. As noticed above, petitioner No.2 was granted interim protection way back on 29.09.2020 and since then, she has not bothered to comply with the directions passed by the Competent Court. Thus, no further indulgence can be granted to the parties, at this stage. Dismissed.
