SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C is for quashing of order dated 02.02.2018 (Annexure P-8) passed by Addl. Sessions Judge, Karnal and impugned order dated 30.05.2016 (Annexure P-6) passed by SDJM, Indri, District Karnal whereby an application filed by the petitioners under Section 319 Cr.P.C for summoning the respondents as additional accused to face trial in case FIR No.291 dated 20.12.2005 under Sections 420,465,467,468,471,120-B IPC registered at P.S Indri, District Karnal has been dismissed.

At the time of hearing today, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous in view of order dated 18.07.2024 passed by SDJM, Indri and the same may be disposed of as such.

Hence, the petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
