The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondents to decide legal notice dated 06.07.2019 (Annexure P-2) and reminder dated 31.10.2019 (Annexure P-3) in a time bound manner. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has filed representation dated 06.07.2019 (Annexure P-2) and reminder dated 31.10.2019 (Annexure P-3) whereby petitioner has requested higher authorities to take action against Major Anil Kadiyan, however, respondents have not redressed his grievance. 3.

Learned counsel for Union of India submits that appropriate authority would look into representation of the petitioner and pass an appropriate order within four weeks from today. 4.

In the wake of statement of learned counsel for Union of India, petition stands disposed of.
