Present petition has been filed praying for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.166, dated 27.12.2024, under Section 61 of the Punjab Excise Act, 1914, registered at Police Station Verowal, District Tarn Taran.

Learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of this petition with liberty to the petitioners to surrender and file an appropriate application for bail before the trial Court. He further prays that direction be issued to learned trial Court to decide their bail applications in a time bound manner.

Allowed as prayed for.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. In case the petitioners surrender and apply for regular bail before the concerned Court within seven days from today, then the Court concerned would decide the same expeditiously in accordance with law.
