Apprehending his arrest in FIR No.212 dated 8.9.2025, under Sections 21 and 23 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (Section 29 of NDPS Act added later on), registered at Police Station Sadar Faridkot, District Faridkot, the petitioner has preferred this petition under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, seeking pre-arrest bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing for some time, submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the petition. He has further submitted that the petitioner shall cause appearance before the concerned Court within 10 days from today.
