**** SANJAY VASHISTH , J. (Oral) Appellant-Youngman Woolen Mills Ltd. has challenged the judgment of acquittal dated 13.10.2010 passed by the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Ludhiana. Respondent/accused faced trial for the offence committed under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act in regard to the bouncing of one Cheque No.624321 dated 31.08.1997 amounting to Rs.50,000/-. After, granting leave to appeal, appeal was admitted by this Court on 04.08.2011, thus, same is pending its decision. On 22.03.2013, none appeared for the appellant. On 21.02.2023, on request on behalf of the counsel for the appellant, appeal was adjourned for 27.03.2023 i.e. today.

Again, there is no representation on behalf of appellant, dismissed for non-prosecution.

Dismissed for non-prosecution.
