Petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No. 61, dated 07.10.2022, under Sections 304A, 427 of IPC, registered at Police Station Ghuman Kalan, District Gurdaspur (Annexure P-1), and all the consequential proceedings arising therefrom. 2.

After arguing for some time, counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to take all his plea, as per law, at the relevant stage before the trial Court. 3.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought and recorded here-above.
