On the asking of court, Ms. Anu Chatrath, Addl.A.G., Punjab, who is present in court, accepts notice on behalf of State. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be satisfied if decision is taken on the legal notice served by him on 30.11.2018, Annexure P-5.

Learned State counsel, at the outset, submits that competent authority shall examine the legal notice, Annexure P-5 and decision shall be taken thereon within two months from today. However, in case it finds that claim of the petitioner is not admissible, a speaking order shall be passed and conveyed to the petitioner.

In view of above, no further direction is necessary. Disposed of.
