**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J.(Oral) Petitioners have preferred this writ petition for the issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to release the amount of LTC for the block period of 2016-2019 to the petitioners along with interest. Before filing this writ petition, the petitioners have also got issued a legal notice dated 16.12.2021 to the respondents for the relief claimed.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners would be satisfied in case their legal notice is directed to be considered by the competent authority/respondents No.4 and 5 at the earliest in accordance with law.

On asking of the Court, Mr. Vivek Chauhan, Addl. A.G., Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondents/State and submits that the competent authority shall consider the legal notice sent by the petitioners in accordance with law at the earliest.

This writ petition is disposed of without calling upon any response from the respondents so as to avoid delay in the matter in view of limited controversy involved in the present petition. Accordingly, respondents No.4 and 5 are directed to consider the legal notice of the petitioners strictly in accordance with law and to take decision on the legal notice dated 16.12.2021 (Annexure P-10) within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. In case petitioners are held entitled for the relief sought, they may be granted the said relief immediately thereafter in accordance with law.

In case, it is found that there is some legal impediment for grant of relief, then a speaking order be passed and the same be conveyed to the petitioners forthwith.
