(Oral) Prayer in this second petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner during pendency of the trial in case FIR No.238 dated 13.5.2022, under Sections 302, 304B, 498-A and 34 IPC, registered at Police Station Adarsh Nagar, Old Faridabad, Haryana.

Learned State counsel has filed the custody certificate dated 13.2.2024 in Court today. The same is taken on record. Copy thereof is supplied to the counsel opposite. As per the custody certificate, the petitioner has undergone the total custody of 01 year and 09 months including remission.

After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition.
