This petition has been filed under Section 482 of BNSS praying for grant of concession of anticipatory/ pre-arrest bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 66 dated 13.04.2024 under Sections 420,120-B IPC registered at Police Station Central Sector 17 Chandigarh and appropriate direction may kindly be issued to the Arresting Officer/Investigation Officer to release the petitioner on bail in the event of her arrest in the above mentioned FIR. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has been compromised between the parties.

Learned State counsel as well counsel for the respondents have not disputed the factum of compromise.

I have heard the counsel for the parties and perused the record. 5.

Since the FIR in question has been quashed on the basis of compromise vide separate order of even date passed by this Court in CRM-M-5485-2026, no further order is required to be passed in the present petition.

Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of. 7.
