STATE OF HARYANA AND ANR.
....Respondents BEFORE: HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE NIDHI GUPTA Present:- None for the petitioner.
Mr. Aditya Pal Singla, AAG, Haryana.
None for respondent No.2.
*** Nidhi Gupta, J. (Oral) The matter pertains to the year 2019. A perusal of the order sheet reveals that when the case was taken up on 23.08.2023, proxy counsel requested for an adjournment on account of some personal difficulty of learned arguing counsel and the matter was adjourned to 23.02.2024. On 23.02.2024, nobody appeared as lawyers were abstaining from work. Today also, none has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in the pursuing the instant petition. Accordingly, the instant petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. (Nidhi Gupta) 22.04.2024 Judge 'Amit'
