(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to address arguments on the ground that as per disclosure statement of the accused, recovery of two bags containing 26 kgs of poppy husk each was effected from the petitioner. Remaining two bags were belonging to Parminder Singh @ Tinder.

Earlier CRM-M No.18933 of 2020 was dismissed along with CRM-M No.19470 of 2020 filed by aforesaid Parminder Singh @ Tinder vide order dated 12.11.2020. No ground is made out to grant any indulgence in this petition.

Dismissed.
