*** Mr. Rishi Nijhawan, Advocate has appeared on behalf of respondents No. 4 and 5 by filing vakalatnama, which be taken on record. Status report filed by the State counsel is taken on record. As per report submitted by District Magistrate, Kaithal, the premises of private respondents were got searched but no persons have found to be illegally detained there. The labourer working there stated that full charges have been paid to them. Since they do not want to work at the brick kiln due to unsuitable climate, therefore, they are going back with their children and luggage. Learned counsel for private respondents states that respondent Om Parkash was in custody in a criminal case and he was granted bail on 5.2.2020 only. He has placed on file copy of remand paper in that regard. Under the circumstances, the petition stands dismissed accordingly. (H.S.
