Mr. J.S. Sandhu, Advocate for the petitioners. HARINDER SINGH SIDHU, J Prayer in this petition is for quashing of order dated 28.10.2021 passed by learned Civil Judge (Jr. Divn.)-cum-JMIC Malout, District Muktsar.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the anticipatory bail granted in case FIR No.55 dated 24.06.2017 under Sections 420,465,467,471 IPC registered at P.S Sadar Malout, District Sri Muktsar Sahib was made absolute vide order dated 25.09.2017. He states that the petitioner would appear before the trial Court on the date fixed. In view thereof, no further directions are necessary to be issued. Petition stands disposed of.
