The prayer in the present Civil Writ Petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is for directing the respondent to regularize the services of the petitioner, as per policy dated 04.03.1999 (P-4) and in view of judgment passed by this Court in CWP No. 2828-2016. 2.

At the very outset, learned State counsel submits that the claim of the petitioner has been rejected, vide order dated 01.07.2022. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the above factual position. However, he prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with a liberty to challenge the above said order.
