DEEPAK MANCHANDA, J.(ORAL) The present criminal writ petition has been filed under Article 226 Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in nature of habeas corpus for release of detenue mentioned in para 2 of the petition from the unlawful custody of respondents No.4 and 5 by appointing a Warrant Officer. Learned counsel submits that a representation (Annexure P-1) was submitted with respondent No.2 in-person on 26.1.2023. Learned counsel for the petitioner when confronted with the query that neither any Diary Number is mentioned nor the same is registered, he prays that the present petition be treated a representation and may be ordered to be decided expeditiously.
