(ORAL ) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is for the grant of regular bail in case FIR No.183 dated 3.9.2016, under Sections 363, 366 (A) of the IPC (Sections 376, 420, 467, 471, 120-B and 201 of the IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, added later on), registered at Police Station, Phillaur, District Jalandhar.
