**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J. (ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 92 dated 18.12.2019, registered under Sections 406/420 IPC, Section 13 of Punjab Travel Professionals (Regulation) Act, 2014 and Section 24 of Immigration Act, Police Station Aur, District SBS Nagar. Prosecution story, in brief, is that the present FIR has been registered on the basis of statement made by complainant Sukhwinder Singh alleging that he paid Rs. 2.5 lacs to the accused for sending him Spain. However, the complainant was sent to Libya instead of Spain, where he was arrested by the police and was deported back to India. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the mother of the petitioner has already paid Rs. 77,000/-. He further submits that petitioner's sister Lachhmi, who is presently abroad, is the main accused in this case.

CRM-M No. 4721 of 2020 -2on the pretext of sending him Spain but instead he was sent to Libya. Neither the complainant was sent to Spain nor the money has been returned to him till date.

No case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is made out.

The petition is dismissed.
